1. Services
Grand Blanc Web ("we," "us," or "Riley Moore") provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services to clients on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription and Billing
Services are billed monthly at the rate selected at signup. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, your website will remain live through the end of the current billing period and will be taken offline thereafter. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
4. Website Ownership
The website design, code, and hosted files created by Grand Blanc Web remain the property of Grand Blanc Web during the active subscription. Upon cancellation, you have the right to request a copy of your website content (text, images you provided) but not the underlying code or design. Custom ownership arrangements may be negotiated separately.
5. Domain Names
If a domain name is included with your plan, it will be registered on your behalf. Standard .com domains are included at no additional charge. Premium or high-demand domains may incur a one-time cost discussed and agreed upon before registration. Upon cancellation, domain transfer to you can be arranged.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and any images you wish included on your site. You confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Grand Blanc Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months prior to the claim.
